What does CIF mean?
CIF is the trade term for Cost, Insurance and Freight as designated by the International Chamber of Commerce.
What does Ex-Works mean?
Ex-Works trade term Ex-warehouse cost excluding freight as designated by the International Chamber of Commerce.
Does the sale price include shipping?
No. We ship to any major port or airport worldwide. International shipments usually require three modes of transport: land, air, and ocean. We can provide a shipping quote to your country upon confirmation of the order.
May I nominate my own forwarder or arrange shipping for my order?
Yes you can. Shipping can be arranged upon full payment of the product.
Will you ship cargo without insurance?
No cost of insurance is included in the shipping quote. Insurance may be arranged by you or can be arranged by us upon request.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Transit times vary depending on the port of departure, ocean carrier, season, cutoff date, etc. The ocean container is loaded after the payment terms have been met. The booking details for the vessel and voyage will be emailed once the container has been loaded.
Can I arrange my own trucking after placing an order for local delivery?
Yes you can. Or we ca arrange a local delivery upon cost.

Packing and piece count for orders.
The majority of orders are stacked on 48"x40" pallets with cardboard between layers of equipment. The pallet cube is then shrink wrapped, numbered and labeled. Most 20' container orders will be on 10 pallets or less and most 40' container orders will be on 20 pallets or less. The piece count per pallet will typically be:
36 pieces per pallet for 14 and 15 inch monitors.
18 pieces per pallet for 17 inch monitors.
35-45 pieces per pallet for computer systems.
Component orders are boxed and shipped on pallets.
