What does EXW Mean?

EXW - Ex Works -- Title and risk pass to buyer including payment of all transportation and insurance cost from the seller's door. Used for any mode of transportation.

What is FOB?

FOB - Free On Board and risk pass to buyer including payment of all transportation and insurance cost once delivered on board the ship by the seller. Used for sea or inland waterway transportation.

What is CFR?

CFR - Cost and Freight -- Title, risk and insurance cost pass to buyer when delivered on board the ship by seller who pays the transportation cost to the destination port. Used for sea or inland waterway transportation.

What is CIF?

CIF - Cost, Insurance and Freight -- Title and risk pass to buyer when delivered on board the ship by seller who pays transportation and insurance cost to destination port. Used for sea or inland waterway transportation.

What are Incoterms 2000?

Incoterms are standard trade definitions most commonly used in international sales contracts. Devised and published by the International Chamber of Commerce.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Transit time vary depending on the port of departure, ocean carrier, season, cut off date (from the rail or truck to the ocean terminal). The ocean container is loaded after the payment terms have been met. The booking details for the vessel and voyage will be emailed once the container has been loaded.

All our goods are Shrink Wrapped and Palletised.

Are there any warranties provided?

All our products are Diagnostically Tested and 100% Working with no functional defects. We provide checking warranty at the time of purchase. Customers have the liberty to do random inspection of the products. We do not provide any after sales warranties for used products.

Does the prices in FOB and EXW includes the Transportation, Documentation and Terminal Handling Charges in Dubai?

No, the quotation in FOB and EXW does not includes the Transportation, Documentation and Terminal Handling Charges in Dubai. These charges are billed seperately to the customers.

Who will help us find best freight rates for the port of destination?

REI have collaboration with leading freight forwarding companies to find you best freight rates, but the choice lies with customers to choose their freight forwarders.
